A Case of Successful Delivery in Woman with Scleroderma

Abstract
|
|
|
Scleroderma is a chronic progressive autoimmune disease characterized by fibrosis and degenerative vascular changes in the skin, joints, and viscera.
The combination of scleroderma with pregnancy is very rare, and if there is significant renal or cardiopulmonary involvement, pregnancy termination should be offered.
We have recently experienced a case of sucessful delivery in woman with scleroderma, and we report a case with a brief review of the literature.
